Recipe by Ted Kilgore
1 oz. Pineapple Cherry Infusion
1 oz. Aged Rum
½ oz. Lime Juice
½ oz. Grapefruit Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
4 Dashes of Aromatic Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a dry shaker without ice and shake vigorously.
Pour into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.
