I can’t honestly say anything much about Clairol hair die or the Root Touch Up. They offered me samples and I declined because I have user issues with hair die. It’s the craziest story really, but mostly I think it involves the fact that I can’t follow directions, so I’m terrified to die my own hair or let my friends help me. Clairol did send me a beautiful picture frame; which was very nice and I thank them for that. I will be brave some day!! But the point of this post is more about technology thanks to Clairol that I think is really cool.
Getting your hair died takes maintenance. Clairol realizes that sometimes in between your dying sessions you are going to get caught in a photo with your naked hair. So lairol’s Nice ‘n Easy Root Touch-Up, in partnership with Shutterfly.com, created a Root Touch Up Photo Tool. This program will remove unsightly roots from your photographs much like the popular “red-eye reduction” feature does, making every photo frame-worthy! This unique tool can be viewed at http://shutterfly.triaddigital.com/clairolrtu/. It was created in honor of Root Touch-Up’s fifth anniversary.
