Chocolate Covered Cherry Pops
Ingredients:
Items Needed:
Directions:
-
Place as many cherries as desired on a napkin and slightly press down on them with another napkin to get as much juice out of them as possible.
-
Once dry enough, place three cherries on each sucker stick and set aside.
Using a small dish (I used a small but taller dish), place your melting chips until it almost fills the dish.
Place in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each period until the chocolate is nice and creamy.
Working quickly, dip your cherry sticks in the chocolate and use a spoon to scoop it over the entire pop so that all cherries are completely covered. Tap on the side of the dish to remove globs of chocolate. Place on a sheet of wax paper.
Before they dry, sprinkle them with gold edible glitter if desired or another cute topping.
These look fun to make! My grandson would love these, he loves Maraschino Cherries.
I tried these and wow, they’re amazing. I don’t even like chocolate covered cherries but these were perfect.
