I’m not a runner, in high school I pretended to be, you know, I would run with the track team but my running is more like speed walking or run a few feet and then walk while huffing like a dog in the Summer time heat and then try to run a few more feet.
The Chicken Soup for the Soul Runners combines quite a collection of stories from many famous athletes. Since I’m not a runner and my interest lies in other things, I don’t know Dean Karnazes from Josh Cox. I hope that some of you can find more interest in this book than it holds for me.
