I’m so excited to be going to the red carpet yet again and this time of all movies its for FRANKENWEENIE and I’ll be interviewing Tim Burton, at least I hope I’m interviewing him. Things may change as plans are still up in the air but I do know at the end of September I’m going to LA for Disney. I will get to speak with filmmakers and animators about WRECK-IT RALPH and the animated short PAPERMAN. The following press day I will see a sneak peak of Disney/Pixar’s MONSTERS, INC. 3D on the Walt Disney Studios lot. And I need clothes!!!
Spiegel looks like they have trendy clothes completely in my style. I love to wear dresses on press trips. I want to look my best and my daughter would have me in dresses every day if it was up to her, good thing it’s not up to her. I think for FRANKENWEENIE I want to be dressed a little bit different because the movie is about a dog that dies and comes back to life, plus everyone in the town is a little strange.
I picked out these four possibilities. The red is a very bold color for me, and I would wear gold shoes because Gold is the trendy color of the season. The red dress is the Cowlneck Dress and the other dress is the Caftan Mini-Dress with Embroidered and Sequined Trim and I would also wear gold high heels.
Then I also really liked the One-Shoulder Goddess Dress and the Pleated Strapless Wrap Dress. I’m just wondering what color shoes to wear with the silver dress. Can you put silver and gold together? I’m wondering if I had a big chunky gold necklace if I could also wear gold shoes? And the purple dress is just daring for me as its quite short.
So those right there are just the red carpet options. I love the prices of the dresses as well. They are all marked down and even as low as $49 which for those dresses is an amazing price. At Spiegel the on-line clothing store I can find trendy fashionable clothing at $75 percent off.
For the daytime events I would just wear something from their wear to work collection. I love all of the blazers and at $79 that’s a price that can’t be beat. Blazers are expensive. I love their sweaters and this dress just caught my eye.
So what do you think? Which of these should I get and what will have me ready for a three day whirlwind of adventure with Disney, and Pixar?
