* Cinnamon Banana Protein Mini Muffins
makes ~4 dozen, cook at 350*F for 15 minutes
Combine wet ingredients:
4 overripe bananas
1/2 cup raw local honey
1/2 cup room temperature butter
Add in dry ingredients:
1 serving (0.79 oz package) Garden of Life’s Real Raw Vanilla Raw Protein powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups Kodiak Cakes’ Power Cakes mix
Mix to combine and bake as specified above.
