Just sit right back and you’ll hear a tale….
Ok, this cruise is on a river and we had no chance of getting shipwrecked. We had food, drinks and entertainment and sunshine on the top deck. One of the members of our party even got to drive the boat.
The Barefoot Princess Riverboat is a 130-passenger where you can enjoy dinner. We had barbequed pork and chicken and salad. It was pretty good. This Coast Guard inspected riverboat is located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. On it you can take in the view of the natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway aboard this 3 deck, climate-controlled vessel.
Sightseeing cruises are fun and educational for all ages. We heard the narration and history of the vessel, the waterway, and the bridges along the tour from our riverboat guide while watching Alligator, Osprey, Kingfisher and other fresh water birds and animals in their natural habitat. And we learned about where the guy that sings Margaretville lives. Or he just moved into there and I feel really dumb because I can’t remember his name and while I’m writing this I have no internet connection to check it. You check and come back and tell me.
While you experience an enjoyable cruise, you can also enjoy some dancing to the music from the onboard entertainer or stroll throughout the riverboat and embrace the sunset from inside or outside our three decks. Coffee, tea and water are included with all meal cruises. A full service cash bar is also available.
The sights are beautiful. It’s very relaxing to just sit on the boat and listen to information about all the houses.
