At first when I was thinking of a recipe inspired by the Kia Sorento review I was thinking of an asian recipe with lots of flair. We felt like the Kia kicked but and ruled the road. So I came up with my Sausage Stir Fry recipe. But then I decided that it was worthy of something sweet. So we made our children’s favorite fruit into a decadent dinner. Here is our Kia inspired recipe a family favorite just like the Kia Sorento quickly became.

Stuffed Banana Pecan French Toast Buns Recipe
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/4 cup milk
4 very ripe bananas
1/4 cup pecans
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
8 slices bread
4 tablespoons butter
Directions:
In a large shallow bowl beat the eggs until frothy. Stir in the milk and set aside
Peel the bananas and mash in a small bowl stir in the pecans and nutmeg
Spread the banana mixture in between the hotdog buns, press the bun together gently
Place the filled buns in the egg mixture let soak and then flip coating all sides for a few seconds
Cook on the griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Make sure to cook all sides. By cooking all sides you won’t have any raw egg and it seals in the mixture.
Or just serve whipped cream over pancakes
