Alouette makes cheeses in an assortment of flavors: Tomato and Basil, Garlic and Herbs, Spinach and Artichoke are some of their dippable cheeses. They also make brie, as well as flavors like Ginger and Onion, Smoky Jalapeno, and Flame-Roasted Red Peppers.
You can find them easily at grocery stores, each container is only $5, and it’s the easiest thing in the world to pick up one of these cheeses and a package of crudites as appetizers for a party.
Honestly, the only downside to Alouette is that the song will be stuck in your head for days!
In addition to snacking, the cheeses are great in pastas and as part of baking. I boiled fusilli with greens, then drained both and added a container of Alouette Garlic and Herbs. 15 minutes and lunch for the week was handled!
I can’t stress enough how easy these are for party planning – I stocked up on a half dozen, then was set for contributions for the next few months of socializing. So thoughtful, so easy! Tres bien.
Pick up Alouette at a grocer near you, or your local Target. Bon appetit!
