I often hear my kids saying, I’m all sweaty mom. That’s just what summer does to you. Now they’re currently too young to do anything about it other than jumping into a pool or water hose, or putting on some cooler clothes but I can.

Deodorant is my best friend and has been since puberty. Without it, group situations like this one picture below are extremely uncomfortable.

New Summertime Ice Cream Treats Giveaway

It’s National Ice Cream month and I’m ready for ice cream. Honestly, I’ve had some form of ice cream every night since this month began. I love ice cream, so does my husband, so do my children. We’re just an ice cream family. I love chocolate ice cream, peanut butter ice cream, and cookie ice cream. Ok, so I like just about any ice cream I’ve met.

In honor of Ice Cream Month, Unilever is introducing new ice cream flavors across the board. Three of their brands, Popsicle, Breyers, and Klondike are releasing new summertime ice cream treat flavors.

For Breyers, the Breyers Blast line is growing. Moms will love the new Breyers Blasts! line, which features delicious mix-ins from America’s best-loved candy and cookie brands blasted into every bite. We let the kids pick out the flavor they wanted and they chose, Oreo Cookies & Cream Chocolate.

Catch a Moment of Bliss Suave Naturals Body Lotions Giveaway

Suave Beauty, Win Emmy Swag, and My Own Makeover

So at BlogHer, one of the events I was invited to was the Unilever Penthouse event. There we were able to sample many of the different Unilever brands and one of those being Suave. Thanks to Suave, I was able to get my hair done and I think the transformation was beautiful.

Ponds invited me to participate in a 30 day challenge with the Ponds Cleansing wipes. They sent me a package of Ponds and a package of Olay. It only took me two nights to figure out that I love Ponds over Olay. Maybe it was an already small preference against Olay, but as soon as I opened it I couldn’t stand the smell. I used the Olay first because I wanted to try and have an open mind to both packages. I also did not like the texture of the Olay cleansing wipe. Unilever wants to make moms life better with coupons, daily prizes, sweepstakes and tips

I am living the American Dream. I get to stay at home with my kids and play with them and teach them and spend all day every day enjoying them. I have a roof over my head and clothes on my back. A husband that loves me and dotes on me all the time. A husband that is an excellent father and spoils his kids with legos. Who could want more?

What would make my life better?

Unilever now has printable coupons and other special offers. It’s nice to find all of their specials in one area. They have a list of products I can try and I love getting freebies. There is a coupon for 1.00 off Bertolli and a list of which products are sponsoring sweepstakes right now. I would love to win a sweepstakes and pay off some bills or take my family on a vacation.

All time spent with my family is precious. So finding ideas and simple things that I normally do by myself but let my kids help me with lets us all feel like a close family. My children love to be little helpers so letting them help with dinner makes them feel so important and it’s an idea that is shared by Unilever and Jennifer Bushman.
