GuyLian Artisanal Belgian Chocolate Giveaway

GuyLian Artisanal Belgian Chocolates are sweet chocolates available at TJMaxx, WalMart, QFC, Ross, Marshalls, Fred Meyer and Cost Plus. GuyLian Chocolates can also be found at Candy.com. GuyLian Belgian Chocolates sent me a large sampling of their chocolates to try and I shared them with my MOMS Club when they came over for the Free Flavor Friday Party. I was surprised to find that all of the packages I opened were empty!

I shouldn’t have been surprised, women love chocolate (I LOVE CHOCOLATE) and GuyLian is great chocolate. Even my husband who is not a huge chocolate fan like I am said, He likes Belgian Chocolates. The Chocolates from GuyLian are broken down into three basic forms. They sell the Guylian’s Temptations, No Sugar Added Bars and Praline Truffles. The individually wrapped luxurious chocolate seashells are 100% pure, silky smooth milk, dark and white Belgian Chocolate and are filled with rich, decadent creamy chocolate praline truffle.

Belgian Chocolates are indulgent chocolates with a rich sweetness to them. They melt in your mouth with satisfaction. I prefer a little more darkness to them, so I was quite happy that they sent me the dark chocolate varieties too. GuyLian Artisanal Belgian Chocolates are a great way to celebrate Valentine’s Day! Seattle #TweetDrive 2010 Almost Wordless Wednesday

I LOVE using my influence on-line to make a difference in my community. Last week we had a tweet up in Seattle and I helped gather swag, donations and door prizes. The event was the Seattle Tweet Drive. I posted in detail about the Seattle Tweetdrive a few weeks ago when I started looking for sponsors and I’m so happy with all the companies that supported us. See the full list below! We had a great turnout and Look at what we did for the charity Treehouse! I’m exhausted and extremely behind on my blog posts, but I feel great because it was all for a really great cause. Club Sur donated the space, My Seattle Night Out organized the event, and local bands and entertainers donated their time and efforts for all of us to have a great time! Find Your Secret Santa, White Elephant, and Christmas Gift at TJMaxx and Marshalls

It is the season of giving and Holiday parties. There is something else to do at every turn, but you don’t have to break the bank to impress your co-workers or friends. You can find the perfect gift at TJMaxx and Marshalls and for a discounted price. I had the privilege of visiting with TJMaxx and Marshalls at the TJX headquarters in Boston almost two years ago. We went over their product lines and I was quite impressed to find that most of what they carried is name brand merchandise at a low low price, so low that most of the brands don’t want TJ Maxx to advertise that they carry them there. So it’s a secret, and a fun shopping experience. The hunt is on to find perfect gifts that anyone and everyone will love!

I was able to participate in a Secret Santa surprise with two other bloggers, one sent me a gift and I sent a different blogger a gift. I had a great time going into TJ Maxx and looking for something for my friend. I found something that I really thought would be a great gift, they were bunny slippers and they were adorable. They were such a good price that I thought, well, I’ll have to pick out three more things if everything is this good a deal, and guess what, I ended up putting the bunny slippers back and getting a total of four items. Two shirts, a scarf, and some of my favorite makeup, Clinique in hopes that she would like it as well.

But what I received was the perfect gift for me.

One I received a set of gloves

Two I received cute laptop bag.

I’ve been looking for a laptop bag that is cute like this one, I’m always using a backpack and feel like I stick out like a sore thumb. The gloves are cashmere and are so soft originally 60.00 marked down to 29.99. I’ve been using them since I received them and have to keep the dog at bay because she keeps trying to bit them. And I love them too much for her to turn them into shreds. Then the laptop bag was 19.99 and originally 45.00. So when your thinking of that perfect gift or getting a white elephant gift and you need to stay under a certain amount, look no further than TJ Maxx or Marshalls.

TJ Maxx and Marshalls Children’s Costumes are very affordable #giveaway

I know I’ve written about going to Boston a few times but I’m very grateful for TJX (Marshalls and TJ Maxx) for inviting me to their Mom Bloggers Event. I also want to share all that fun with you. While I was there, I purchased a Halloween costume for my daughter for 15.00. It is a purple fairy costume that came with a So I know that they start very low. I’m not sure how high they go but I know that TJMaxx and Marshalls are excellent at keeping costs down because of how they purchase their high quality materials.

Just an FYI…

They do purchase in season designer clothing, purses, accessories, and retail items.

They purchase the same stuff you can find at Macy’s, Gucci, and Guess for much less and share the discounts with us.

They have less than 15 percent that is defective, and by defective I mean, a manufactured defect that is not detectable to the naked eye. The manufacturer just decided it was slightly less than perfect.

Since Halloween is a ton of fun for me I asked if I could host a giveaway. I know you can find one and still have money left over; and rumor is that if you wait until the day of Halloween, that they go on SUPER DUPER clearance on that day; instead of the day after. I know that was the longest run on sentence in the history of Mom Start.

My Great find at TJMaxx today.

Today I needed to buy a suitcase. I have ended up with way too much stuff from blogging trips and from family and my own purchases. I went to three different places to find a Suitcase.

I went to Walmart

I found a Jeep suitcase with wheels that looked really sturdy but it was 59.00 so, I wanted to shop around. It looked good but I was hoping for something other than black.

I went to Ross

I found another name brand and now I can’t remember but it was also 69.00 so I wanted to look at TJMaxx before I made up my mind.

I went to TJMaxx

Chaps Varsity Elite Luggage Collection I found the perfect suitcase at a great value, Chaps. For 59.00 I found a suitcase that was the largest size 29 in (same as the Jeep) and excellent quality. It was also not just the plain black that every other person has. It is blue and orange. I’m very happy with my great deal today.
