Spring is upon us and causing a flurry of people to head back outdoors for the sun and warm weather. For me this is almost the case; the Pacific Northwest is still chilling. But I have to ignore the elements and begin training for the Warrior Dash my husband signed-up for in July. I have been a runner for a lot of my life; just for fun, nothing ever serious as I’m not that good at it. I’ve always enjoyed fitness and as an adult I now enjoy various types of aerobic movement.
I have always (since my 9th grade track and field “career” started) relayed on the same brand of shoes. Lately the same old shoe hasn’t been fitting, yeah literally!
