Get Nourish Go Happy Purified Spring Water in a BPA Free Sippy

At first, the thought of bottled water for a toddler… or even an infant… may seem a bit much. However, once you hear what’s behind this product you will be sold. I had the opportunity to try out the toddler version of Nourish and I was more than happy. It was one of those moments where we had just gotten home from running errands, there were no clean cups ready, and I had a cranky, thirsty little boy on my hands. There was Nourish to the rescue.

clip_image004Nourish offers purified spring water in easy to use, reusable bottles and sippy cups. I popped the top off to unseal the water and handed the Nourish Toddler off to my little guy. Now I have to also admit that since then, I have had several instances where I wished I would have had a Nourish ready and waiting in my bag. The seal keeps it from leaking, you don’t have to wash cups out in public bathrooms (especially airplanes!), and thinking back, I REALLY would have liked to have the Nourish Baby bottles for when my little guy was still on formula. Those bottles are set up for you to just add your formula, shake it up, and serve.

Nourish was created by a mom who had a problem… and boy did she find a way to solve it! I love finding handy products, but I love it even more when it supports a fellow mommy. You can even find the background story on their site! Nourish can be a little tough to find, but it IS available for purchase and can even be found in some airports! That is definitely something that can come in handy! Check this link to find out how to get your own bottle (Well, not a bottle “for YOU”…. But you know what I mean!).You can even order it by the case! Where To Find Nourish? They’re also on Facebook and Twitter if you’re interested.

Reusable Foldable Sip N’ Go Summer Fun

My family and I made a recently trip to Disneyland; making a trip like this for our family means a plane flight, some car time, and then 12 hours or so inside the park each day. In planning for all of these travels I was approached by Sip N’ Go to review their water bottle.

clip_image002

I was excited to see I could roll these bottles up and “stick them in my back pocket” before or after use, and they’re light at only 1 ounce. I use the carabineer to hook the bottle to my backpack, full and empty. Empty – I had it on hand to fill like post airport security. Full – I had it on hand for thirst mouths in need, and frozen full meant cool water at Disneyland all day long. I really love this “Sip ‘N Go” concept. For only $7.99 you can own one too.

There is no better way to always have a water bottle one hand. This is a great product to attach to your playground bag and not take up room as there are always water fountains available. Sip ‘N Go is an easy water bottle to store in a glove compartment or other emergency car storage, or to add to an at-home emergency supply kits (I live in earthquake country and you know you won’t be carrying your gallons of water around with you!).

The simple design makes it easy for everyone in the family to drink from and almost everyone can fill it (my 4YO can). The one family-friendly flaw is that the bottle doesn’t have a valve to stop spills in case the bottle is dropped or tipped without being seal shut first. That said, this is no different than any other water bottle with a pop top drink spout, and sippy kids are more my 21MO’s style anyway. [wink] Always remember to have the base expanded before placing upright on a surface and always remember to pop the top closed and cover with the provided lid when not using (for even of basic sanitary reasons).

I like that Sip ‘N Go is good for your body as they replenish your water supply in BPA free bottles made in the USA. Sip ‘N Go is also reusable and is top-rack dishwasher safe. Once you’re done with the product simply recycle it like a typical bulky water bottle. Sip ‘N Go is also a 1% For The Planet company, which means they give 1% of their sales to a network of 2,504 environmental organizations worldwide.

Sip ‘N Go also makes a great His and Her gift in their nifty pink and blue. Wedding shower gift for the outdoors couple? Baby shower couples gift for their hospital bag? Pick a favorite color for: Father’s Day gift for the athletic type? Sports camps for your children whether at home or away? On the “back side” of the bottle is a little tab at the bottom to label your bottle so there isn’t any confusing if your child has the same bottle as classmate!

Citizenpip Lunch Gear No Mess Starter Kit Giveaway

Another donation that I wanted to keep as soon as it arrived was from Citizenpip. Why do these companies make such great CUTE products for children going back to school? Oh I know, so people will buy it and people like me will just recommend the brand until we are blue in the face. And Yes, Citizenpip is that cute!

Zoe also asked if she could keep the lunch box and all of it’s contents and I had to say no, but this was a little easier than sometimes only because she’s not in need of a lunch box for a few years now. image

In addition to being cute, and quality, citizenpip muck-free reusable lunch gear is practical and functional.

These are things that I noticed:

The zipper is very easy to use, even my daughter can manage and she’s three.

Waste-Free: there are four plastic containers for you to use to send food to school, and a canteen for you to put water in. Perfect for keeping your children from throwing away a lot of packaging.

Muck-Free: the CPSIA tested the products and found that it is lead free, BPA free and contains to phthalates.

Flexible: you can use your own plastic containers while you are cleaning the other containers.

All of it is very easy to clean, the containers are all air tight and leak proof. And the plastic containers will keep things like sandwiches from getting all squished.

Made for kids and moms like me that get distracted by bright fun colors. It is light weight and seems to be quite durable, oh and did I mention that it is easy to clean. The lunch box itself and just be wiped down and sanitized if you are into that sort of thing!

Still Using Camelbak Water Bottles

Our oldest Camelbak water bottles are in need of replacement so we ordered 3 more off of the 0.75 liter size from Amazon. (Different colors, but the same size).

Since the kids like them so much we thought it’d be a great idea to just switch to them for water and not use sippy cups anymore. So we also ordered 3 of the new kids size for Miles and 3 for Zoe.

Miles (dinosaurs, pirates, and blue/blue)

Zoe (butterflies, pink/pink, and flowers)

We love using the Camelbak water bottles. I thought I wrote about the Camelbak water bottles but I can’t seem to find that old post. We’ve been using Camelback water bottles for about two years now, maybe even closer to three. They are dishwasher safe, and easy enough for the kids to use, once they have mastered the straw.
