In my area (outside of Seattle), I couldn’t find the Red Baron Deep Dish Pizza … yet. So I bought another of pizza from their line. I wasn’t impressed, but it was a night off. It took 17 minutes, so it really wasn’t faster than an at-home meal and it definitely wasn’t as healthy. Eating the pizza I was taken back to being 16YO and babysitting when the parents would just leave me with a pizza to “cook”. For the price it was sufficient, but we enjoy Papa John’s or our local MOD (Made On Demand, all pizza, no matter what’s on them for only $7 a pie) pizza better. Before I sound too harsh, let me say my husband did like it. I moved the toppings around to better suit us both, peperoni for him, and olives and mushrooms for me with other toppings throughout.

Dinner Time Giveaway: Red Baron Pizza and Pasta

Red Baron has been making frozen pizza for as long as I can remember. It is quite convenient to have a box of their frozen pizza in the freezer so you can have dinner on nights you don’t feel like going out, you don’t want to wait on delivery and you don’t want to cook from scratch.

Our first sample was the Red Baron Pan Pasta Chicken Alfredo. Now, I’m not a big fan of Alfredo sauce out of a can so I wasn’t sure that I would like this. I purchased it because it was sure to be a hit with my family. I ended up loving it and not wanting to share it. I fed my kids but I ate all the leftovers myself. Yes please don’t laugh I did. I do have the ability to put food away when it tastes really good. Pizza and pasta are easy to devour. It was easy to make, just put it in the oven, let it sit then cool.
