Purex Complete Crystals Softener Review

Earlier this year I was chosen to be a Purex insider again. I was so excited when the package of the new Purex Complete Crystals Softener arrived, the packaging that they sent the samples in was amazingly done. This last week I finally had the chance to put Purex Complete Crystals to the test.

Opening up the Purex Complete Crystals Softener, you’ll find a very refreshing strong scent. I was surprised that those little crystals packed such a potent punch. Following the directions on the bottle I poured the correct amount inside of the washing machine drum, do not put the crystals in the liquid softener location in your washing machine. They go directly in with the clothes.

Then, when I pulled the clothing out of the washing machine and into the dryer, the fresh aroma wafting from the clothing was even larger. I knew the clothing was going to smell amazing when it came out of the dryer and I was right.

The clothing came out of the dryer smelling fresh and feeling soft. I usually use dryer sheets, it’s just a habit and I can buy a huge box of them at Costco. Using Purex is convenient because you put it in the washing machine as you put the clothing in, therefore you don’t have the chance to forget the laundry sheet. I’m usually guilty of putting two dryer sheets in the dryer or just forgetting them all together. A green way to look at Purex is that you have less waste with a recyclable bottle and no dryer sheets to throw away. You may ask what else makes Purex different?

Purex Complete Crystals Softener differs from other liquid fabric softeners because it lacks oil that sometimes discolors clothing. I’ve been a fan of the Purex 3-in-1 Laundry sheets since they first came out. I was one of the first to try them and was quite pleased. So before I get into the details of my new review I wanted to make sure that you sign up for your free sample.

Thanks to Purex I was able to receive the HE Purex Laundry sheets. I had no idea that they were going to be HE before they arrived at my house (i just assumed I was getting the same ones I got last time, crazy I know), and now that I have them at my house I noticed them at Target right next to the regular 3-in-1 sheets. They might have always been there, I just don’t usually notice something until I have the necessity for it.

Purex 3-in-1 Laundry Sheet. They are nice because you can use them to wash your clothes (they have laundry detergent built into them) and they are also the fabric softener so you can soften your clothes and they have anti-static that you put in the dryer. The sheet releases the detergent in the wash and then when you transfer all of your clothes, it goes with your clothing and becomes the dryer sheet. It simplifies life making it easy to wash clothes and keeping you from forgetting to put in the dryer sheet because it’s with all the wet clothes. I’m always forgetting the fabric softener and I hate static cling.

Not only does it simplify your time while washing but also your time when your are shopping. You only need to remember to purchase one product. Cutting down on cost and size, it’s a lot easier to carry than a big jug.
