I’ve worked with Johnsonville Sausage a few times and on one of my trips there they gave me the cookbook Johnsonville Big Taste of Sausage Cookbook. This cookbook has more than 125 recipes for on and off the grill from Johnsonville Sausage. It’s been a few months and I finally tried one of the recipes and it was a huge success.

- Fold the squares to form triangles and crimp the edges with a fork
- Place the turnovers on a lightly greased baking sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
