Scrubs for Dad?

Why not! Until DaddyScrubs™ gave birth to this nifty new idea, poor old Dad was forced to scour for hours, or even days, in whatever attire he wore to the hospital when Mom went into labor.

Think about it. Mom wears a loose-fitting hospital gown. The maternity nurses and doctors sport comfortable scrubs. Dad has always been the odd man out… a sore thumb who all too often is forced to slumber in his street clothes next to Mother and child.

So all of the above was taken directly from the Daddy Scrubs website. They offered me a mug if I wrote about Daddy scrubs and I asked for a set of scrubs for a giveaway. Well, I waited too long and all they had left were coffee mugs. So I said just add mine and we’ll have two coffee mugs. I know it’s not father’s day but two mugs are better than one. I know, because we are always washing mugs.

Now, when I had my son, we had to rush off to OR. My husband had to change into scrubs. If he already had some one maybe we wouldn’t have been separated for that short bit of time. But I don’t know how sterile they have to be. So Daddy Scrubs are a very cool idea.
