Fitness Friday – Fighting Depression

  My Progress for last week was wonderful and with the small amount of movements I’ve been feeling better. I had my follow up with my doctor and I’ve been released. So I can do more movement and get my life back to normal. I took the kids for one to three walks every day rain or shine and I hate the rain I really do. I’ve been depressed because of the rain. Miles Loves to Wash his Hands

I’m working on potty training the kids and Miles isn’t quite as ready as I first thought he was. No problem, what he does love though, is washing his hands. All he wants to do is wash his hands every time we go to the bath room. So on his birthday, when we were getting ready to bake his cake; he had to was his hands and he just played in the water for quite a while. But it was so cute, it deserved a blog post!
