My Progress for last week was wonderful and with the small amount of movements I’ve been feeling better. I had my follow up with my doctor and I’ve been released. Nestle Crunch and KaBoom are giving a playground to a family and a grant for a playground to a deserving community.
According to child-advocacy groups, children should play for at least an hour a day, but many children throughout the country don’t have the proper play spaces to observe their needed play dates. From March 7, 2009 through Oct. 29, 2009, parents, teachers, community organizers and anyone who believes in the power of play can enter to win a residential ready-to-assemble playground, $3,500 cash and the opportunity to help designate a $30,000 KaBOOM! playground grant to a deserving community.
