The Oroweat Sandwich Thin Minis are quite versatile. They can be used for a Sausage & Cheese Sandwich Recipe or for something even fancier.
Keri Glassman a nutrition expert came up with an Autumn Salad appetizer that you put on top of the Whole Wheat Arnold Sandwich Thin Mini’s. Her recipe called for red onions and goat cheese. I’m not a fan of goat cheese so I switched it to feta.

Depending on if you live east of the Mississippi or West of the Mississippi then you’ll know this brand as a different name. The Eastern states call it Arnold bread and the Western states call it Oroweat. I really love Oroweat it’s just one of the more expensive brands around here. Maybe it’s because you’re paying for that better quality or maybe it’s just because we live in an area that’s cost of living is a bit high.
