Fitness Friday – Fighting Depression
My Progress for last week was wonderful and with the small amount of movements I’ve been feeling better. I had my follow up with my doctor and I’ve been released. They contacted me asking if I would do a review of them on my blog but my house is small and is for sale so I don’t have room for knick knack’s or new furniture.
