We just read every day. Every night before bed, I read to my kids and they take turns reading to me. There’s no arguing about it. That’s just the way it is. We’ve made it a routine and it works for us!

Bo & Dad used to go for walks on the walking trail by our house, he’s also take him to the park because Bo loved to go down the slide. Bo’s favorite song was “Bad to the Bone” and everytime Dad sung it Bo would cock his head from side to side and get the whole body wiggle going. Definitely Man’s best friend. What would make MY cleaning easier? LOL!! Well, let’s see … maybe having kids who thought things like, “hmmm, let me remember to take my change of clothes into the bath with me so that I don’t end up walking out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around me, dropping it on the floor of my bedroom to change, and leaving it there” .. or even, “darn! I forgot to bring my clothes into the bath with me”.. then thinking, “OK, now that I have my clothes on, let me take this towel back into the bathroom to hang it up” … OR .. hmmm…”I just got toothpaste all over the wall and mirror while I was brushing, let me reach the two feet down to the bathroom vanity, pull out the sponge and wipe it off”…. OR … “Wow! That dinner was really good! Let me rinse this plate off before I drop it in the sink so that it will save Mom having to scrub off hard, dried-on goo to get it clean” … OR, even better “Hmmm, maybe I’ll throw some dish soap onto the sponge and wash this dish off .. oh! and a couple of others, too, so that the dish soap I use doesn’t go to waste!” … YEAH .. THAT kind of thinking would definitely make MY housecleaning easier!

I Visited the product detail sheet at Mead.com and what you like best is it’s multifunctional and you can leave reminders essentially all over your house to remind you what you have to do daily. for a super crazy busy mom with a very old malfunctioning computer, it would be great to know that I would have a paper back up organizer some where to keep my life under control.

I spent last month hosting a giveaway for KitchenAid, the KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Our mixer gets tons of use and I love it. It’s Beautiful. They are durable machines that last forever, the only reason you might want a new one is for a new color. So they were smart enough to make attachments that you can collect.

My daughter and I went to Disney while my DH, due to new job, stayed home and was charged with care of hamster. Hamster escaped. DH bought new hamster. I FOUND original hamster when I arrived home & popped it into the cage with the newbie. Not long after, discovered a soggy nest of baby hamsters. Thought we had a little time before we needed to worry about separating parents. Poor mom had just given birth to quite a litter. WRONG! Another batch. Grrr.

Separated parents, but didn’t think we had to separate mom & babies for a little bit. WRONG AGAIN, no such thing as breeding/family relationship boundaries in the world of hamsters! Another batch. Arrghhh.

By the time all was said and done, we had 4 hamster cages taking over our rec room. Not to mention all of our family friends were now proud hamster owners. Thank goodness our local pet store accepted baby hamsters.

Moral of the story: discuss how to catch a renegade hamster with DH before leaving him to hamster duty for extended period of time and UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you ever, EVER put more than one hamster in a cage!

We now own a 1yr old Yellow Lab ( no member of the family currently has a matching pair of shoes) and two cats. All are neutered!
