Fitness Friday

The Wii fit mommies have Fitness Friday every Friday and I’m going to try and play along. I don’t have a Wii fit yet but I’m thinking about getting one. It sounds like a lot of fun and I am loving the Wii.

My husband and I love playing games together and using the Wii is one way that we can do that. A lot of the platforms don’t have two player games but the Wii is the most kid friendly platform out there.

Lindsey from A Kindred Spirit’s Thoughts is the first forum participant to be the Featured Fitness Friday post. If you’d like to be considered as a Featured post, email Julie at Julie@CoolMomGuide.com to get on the list. I’m just working on the sidelines for now as I don’t have a Wii Fit. I did walk to the mail box and back from my house carrying my two year old. It’s a good distance, especially carrying her.
