This week is quite up in the air. I’m not sure when I’ll be coming and when I’ll be going so making a meal plan is going to be quite difficult. But I’m going to try to eat at home more than eating out because that isn’t healthy and isn’t in our budget.

Ok, so yesterday was spent making my son feel better. Then I spent the rest of the day just enjoying their happiness. Our Happiness, we played at the park three times and had cheeseburgers and mac and cheese for dinner.

I’m back home now and just went to Wal-Mart to get some diapers. I picked up a few things and didn’t have my coupons with me. Man, shopping with out coupons kills me so that’s the purpose of meal planning. It helps me save. So hhhmm, what should we eat this week.

Well, this is another one that is going to be hard to do but in trying to keep up with being a consistent stronger blogger, I still want to post my Meal Plan for the week. I want to be eating healthy lunches in addition to the wonderful dinners that my stepmom will be cooking.

This is one of those weekly posts that I’m trying to post every week. Here’s the kicker though, this week, I’m not cooking. Nope, not me. We’re going to Texas tomorrow before the sun even rises and my step mom will be doing all the cooking. I think when I get back from Blissdom the following week I’ll help out some. To make up for the baby sitting, but the grandparents LOVE IT.
They don’t ask for anything exept more time with the kids. I love the break.
