This Week’s Shopping Deals on Buxr and a way to make money

I love to share all kinds of deals, freebies, and giveaways with my loyal readers. I also get a lot of pitches about companies, but this week I had something interesting I wanted to share with you all.
Buxr is a great site to find shopping deals. It is similar to slick deals I think, but I’m not entirely sure because I’ve never been to slick deals. They have a discussion board and I noticed that one of the discussions says that the new Epson Stylus NX100 All-In-One is on sale for 28.00. You can register for the discussion boards where they talk about the where the what and the why. Registration was super easy for me because all I had to do was use my google account. Doesn’t the whole world have a google account?
There are plenty of ways to find information on Buxr.com. You can find deals like a free movie screening. Free Avatar Movie Screening by registering at the nearest location. How fun! I’m not into taking my kids to the theater yet but I’m sure many of you are. Why not go for free?

Have you seen that I’ve been pumping out like 10 posts a day. I’m exhausted and I’ve had a permanent baby sitter for a month so I should be revived and refreshed. So I’m taking tonight off. All these posts were during the supposed PR black that went on too. Not that I participated in the black out anyways..
I take on way too much. I’m just incapable of saying no in everything I do. I was talking with my sister and we would both like to go on a vacation. We would like to go away and just be able to sleep for three days and then maybe do a few things but not over do it. It would be nice to just go somewhere and relax.
Myrtle Beach Resorts sounds like a great place to go. I love going to the beach. The sound of the waves is so relaxing and I love to swim. I’m just a tad bit afraid of the ocean because I was stung by a Portuguese Man of War Jelly Fish one summer. I had a terrible reaction and swelled up like a man. I was huge.
I have no idea which Myrtle Beach Resort or Myrtle Beach Hotel to choose. If you get down to it I’ve never been to North Carolina. The first time I was on the east coast I went to Boston. I liked the East Coast more than I thought I would. So now I can say I’ve been Coast to Coast. I’ve been to the California Beaches and I’ve been to the Gulf Coast Beaches. I wonder how white the sand is in North Carolina.
Of course, I highly doubt I can get my husband to go that far away.

Choosing a Car is difficult

I have no idea how to choose a car except by test driving them and when you look young like my husband and I do they don’t think you can afford one in the first place. So what are the ways you can search out a car on-line?
The Car Connection seems to have some options for finding out information about vehicles. Take for instance the toyota sienna. This is one of the vans that my husband and I are considering as the next family vehicles we purchase. Toyota’s have great re-sale value.
I will not consider the dodge journey because we currently have a dodge caravan and I hate it. I absolutely hate it. but since I’m looking at cars at the moment I thought I might check out the Pontiac g8 and Hyundai. People are saying that the Hyundai is improving. It looks like the information on the car connection is unbiased and factual. Each person that goes and places their opinion they aren’t paid opinions so it’s nice to see what other people think about each vehicle.
Sesame Street says everyone needs shoes, why not use Zappos

My Daughter loves watching this Sesame Street video and she loves to wear shoes. At two years old and she’s already in love with shoes. Shoes Shoes Shoes Shoes, everybody’s gotta have shoes. What kind of shoes do you wear? I wear them all and do use Zappos from time to time.
So Zappos has some great sandals to choose from. They sell quite a few different styles and they have my favorite sandals. I’ve written about both before. You know I love them. I love Keen Sandals and I love them a lot. I wear Keen shoes all the time and I can find them at Zappos. I wish they had up to size seven in my size so I can buy the kids ones. So here’s a tip from me for those of you wanting to save money on buying shoes. If you can find shoes in kids sizes here is the conversion rate:
Size 7 kids is Size 8.5 woman
Size 6 kids is Size 7.5 woman
Size 5 kids is Size 6.5 woman
Size 4 kids is Size 5.5 woman
This is a very rough conversion rate but that’s what it is. So if you are looking at shoes on line those of you that have smaller feel look at the kids choices. You might find something really nice at half the price of an adult’s shoe.
Office Max and Peter Walsh have great Back To School Tips

Last week I participated with Office Max, Peter Walsh and 200 other bloggers with a back to school learning session. We, the bloggers were able to ask Peter Walsh questions about organizing our children and preparing for a great school year.
Kids need to be taught how to organize and stay organized. We need to sit down with them and help them learn how to file all of their papers they get from school. Most art projects do not need to be kept in the back pack for the entire semester and tons of papers don’t need to be kept at all.
Help your child find out how their teacher wants the folder organized and also teach them how to use all the pockets of the back pack. When purchasing a back pack find one with more than just a center pocket. Many backpacks now days come with at least three sections. The large section is for books, the next section can be used for folders and papers and the final section can be used for a lunch bag.
If you are a family that considers getting a gift for the teacher, then don’t get an apple or a nick nack. Teachers want school supplies, so get them some school supplies. A lot of stores right now are selling paper and other supplies for pennies when they are usually 79 cents each. So check all of your local ads now and find the best prices to get that shopping done.
Also, the collections of school supplies are more than just the plane ones I grew up with. You can find quite the styles even at Office Max. They sent me some to check out and I gave the composition notebooks to my sister and I gave the adorable folders to my cousins that can’t afford cute school supplies.
If my children were going to school or needed school supplies I would have given them to my own children but I know they are going to people who can use them. I have one folder that I received from Peter Walsh and Office Max last year and I keep all of my blogging supplies in there. I go through it once or twice a month and practically empty it out. Everything I have to have I have an electronic copy and my e-mail is backed up on some server in Arizona, or at least that’s what my husband kids me about. So, if you have watched Peter Walsh on Oprah, or TLC then you have learned that his motto seems to be less is more. Get rid of the clutter and remember that at least 80 % of papers you are never going to need to look at again.
