It never gets old.
It Never Gets OLD!
I can’t express how lucky I’ve been in life. Visiting the set of Captain Marvel reminds me of the spectacular things that are possible with a dream. Marvel is a dream. Captain Marvel is a dream for women. Captain Marvel is above spectacular. Captain Marvel is going to save the world, the Marvel World.
I won’t pretend to know things that I don’t know. I haven’t seen the movie, all I’ve seen are behind the scenes and the same footage that all of you have seen. I’ve watched and re-watched all the footage, I’ve watched all the conspiracy theories. Some of you may have seen a screening and know a few things. From reactions, I hear this movie is going to be fantastic.
All I know, is the set was fantastic.
We walked on the ship and it was larger than life. It’s really amazing how much work goes into making something look real. In a way it was real. This is the spot where Captain Marvel was hanging upside down. It’s called a Mind Fracker. See where my hips are, that where my head should be. Maybe next time, I can hang by a wire and actually have my mind fracked!
They talked about each step in the set building. You could tell that some of it was brand new because you could smell that fresh wood scent.
We also ran into Samuel L. Jackson on set. He was reading a book in between shooting a scene and set up for the next scene. While we were talking to Brie Larson, he snuck up behind us and joined our photo. He also talked to use a bit. He seemed really interested in our blogging careers. My like for him went up two-fold and I already liked him a lot.
Now I can’t wait to see the movie and learn how each part of the set fits into the movie!!
Captain Marvel is in theaters tomorrow, March 8th!!
