You know what’s really easy to make with kids?
Fruit on a stick! You could pick almost any fruit put it on a stick and drizzle it with chocolate and you have an amazing treat. I LOVE chocolate. Now because we’re close to Valentine’s Day we thought let’s put raspberries on a stick and drizzle white chocolate for a delectable treat. White Chocolate Drizzled Raspberry Pops
White Melting Chocolate Chips
Wash your raspberries and then make sure they are nice and dry.
Take one large raspberry and place it on a sucker stick and then take a smaller raspberry and place it at the tip of the stick, over the top of the larger raspberry.
Microwave in 30 second increments until the chocolate is nice and creamy. Stir in between each 30 second period.
Using a spoon, drizzle your chocolate in a zig zag pattern over the top of each pop. Be sure to put a larger amount of chocolate where the two raspberries meat so they will stay together.
Place in fridge for a minute or two and then enjoy!
