Devil’s Food Box Cake Mix Cookie Recipe

For the Lee party I had to make cookies again. I made a ton of cookies and they were delicious. I had to share as many of them as I could so that I didn’t end up eating them all because they were so good. So I made this Devil’s Food Box Cake Mix Cookie Recipe.

Devil’s Food Cake Mix Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 box of Devil’s Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil (applesauce of you want to use something healthier)
2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Mix the cake mix, eggs, and oil, then gradually add the chocolate chips

Spoon onto cookie tray and cook in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes.

Cool on wire rack. Eat quickly because I was told they dry out quickly, wouldn’t know for sure because ours didn’t last more than a few hours.

These cookies are delicious. My husband and I have quite an addiction to the flavor of yellow cake mix. I was supposed to pick up more yellow cake mix at the grocery store because we’re out of cookies already. I guess I’ll be getting more cake mix next week. This recipe can be changed with any flavor of cake mix.

Love this recipe.
