I seriously wish I lived in Summer’s kitchen. This is another one of her fabulous creations with home made jam. MMM. So here’s to Summer’s Tasty Treat Thursday, I hope you enjoy!
Czech Jam Cookies (a.k.a. Kolacky)

1 – ½ cup stick of butter
1 cup sifted flour

Are these similar to kolaches? We have a fairly large Czech population here in this part of Texas and the number of Kolache bakeries is a reflection of that. Love those things!
