I often hear my kids saying, I’m all sweaty mom. That’s just what summer does to you. Now they’re currently too young to do anything about it other than jumping into a pool or water hose, or putting on some cooler clothes but I can.
I’m a sweaty mess
Soooooooooooooooooooo
Deodorant is my best friend and has been since puberty. Without it, group situations like this one picture below are extremely uncomfortable.
Research shows that kids are entering puberty and experiencing biological milestones, including producing body odor, at an earlier age.i, ii But there’s no need to "fret the sweat" Unilever offers a variety of products that can help tweens and teens stay cool, calm and confident throughout the day.
Unilever is working to help teens overcome confidence issues they may have over sweat. It can be an embarrassing situation and kids in school can be quite cruel. And kids are going to be outdoors since it’s summer. They may even be going to an outdoor summer camp. Summer break can be a tough time for moms who want to keep their kids active while managing “sweat-inducing” family moments from changing routines to the first day at summer camp.

For me dealing with my mom and trying to deal with all the stuff she keeps even though she’ll never use it. In many cases stuff doesn’t even work anymore.

The last uncomfortable situation I had was when my friend showed up with a guest for our evening plans. She was quiet and the whole evening was akward.

I’m glad they are helping parents talk to their kids about deodorant. There are always those last 2 or 3 kids in the class who don’t wear it and either don’t know they have odor or don’t know how to talk to their parents about it. I think often the parents are more uncomfortable facing it than the kids.
An uncomfortable situation I had recently was when a very close friend came from out of town to my city for the first time, and I met up with her for the day. She had all 4 of her kids and I did not bring my daughter because she really did not want to be there, and I figured if I made her come she’d be a pill and I’d have to keep focusing on her, rather than relaxing and enjoying myself. So I apologized once, said she was being a disagreeable teenager – and then she missed out when we all ended up going to a theme park and rode roller coasters while she was home with her laptop.

Well, I’m a social worker, so i encounter ackward situations daily but the last one had to do with my child. He bit me (AND HARD) while we were at Target. That was fun….
job interview…..
I’m a teacher and I’m good with my students names until they move on to a different grade and some just blend together and it may take me a bit to come up with the name. On a few occasions I will have former students see me out some place and ask if I remember their name and it doesn’t always come to me right off the bat.

We moved to a new state and didn’t know a sole. I talked my husband into joining a group in our new neighborhood and walking into that first one had my whole body in a sweat.
