I try to have a healthy snack with me like fruit slices. More often than not it’s not what I crave. What I usually want is something salty like chips.

I keep a bowl of veggies in the refrigerator with something to dip them in.
I don’t really ever get afternoon hunger pangs. I try to eat a fiber rich lunch to make sure it tides me over til dinner time. But sometimes I get more psychological hunger when I am bored or restless so I usually eat a small snack that has some crunch to it that will satisfy me without doing too much damage.
