In the afternoon when I’m hungry I usually eat a sliced apple or a container of yogurt. Both are sweet and satisfy that afternoon craving in a healthier way than if I ate cookies or candy.
I get by with snacking here and snacking there

Snack on dried fruits and nuts mostly…I luv almonds, roasted without salt. Apples are good for an afternoon snack too. Great giveaway, thanks.
