I had the opportunity to try out the Sausages before I was contacted by Jimmy Dean. I had a buy one get one free coupon and they were buy one get one free at the grocery store, so I ended up with two free. I have cooked two different meals and the frittata I put together was my favorite. The number of creations you can come up with using sausage is limitless. They are easy to use and take no time at all because they are pre-cooked. You can freeze them and just use what you need. My favorite to make with sausage is meatballs! I started doing this a while back and haven’t made “proper” meatballs since. Easy, quick and delicious! Just shape the sausage into balls, brown, add tomato sauce or canned tomatoes and seasoning and voila!
