When I took much time downloading and activation this and went to your website again. A lot of time for $5, your idiot site told me " youI only get to enter the "secret code Once" Dah!!!! I only entered it once to get printer software but no $5. You would be better off cancelling this stupid program. It only makes formerly happy customers mad. You just do not state how to get this coupon. You could make this a bit easier and be more believable. I could not even find mention of this offer on this website nor a place to enter the "special" number. You make it hardly worth the effort.
