I love to read your meal plans and get great ideas on what to make in my kitchen. We have a picky eater in our midst and getting ideas from others helps me a lot. Cook books tend to use a lot of onions and that is something we avoid like the plague in our house.

What’s wrong with onions? Is someone in the house allergic?
Bruschetta!
how about a chicken dish?
you know if you want the flavor of an onion but not the taste because of texture or the gas it provides you can easily use onion salt that way you still get your recipe to have a zestful flavor but not strong. Well, one dish I like to make is called bread bowls then add your choice of soups or chilli or beef stew or even beans like pinto beans. I change my add in often but the actual bread bowl is made of two choices either corn bread or flour mixture which I have always called batter bread. You simply get a single serving bowl that is oven tempatureable and a bit deep in depth and you coat the inside of the bowl with cooking spray then you make your cornbread mixture as usual or as I more often use is the batter bread made with any brand self rizing flour and milk and 1 teaspoon vegtable oil you mix well so its like a pancake batter in thickness and pour into only 1/2 of your bowl>bake in oven until brown on top> remove from oven and dig out the top of the bread bowl then add your choice of mixture to the inside of your bread bowl and these are so good and filling>enjoy
We use onion powder and onion flakes in this house because I can’t stand the texture of real onion!!!
I love your menu…I am gonna have to eat a hot dog soon. Every time I see one on someone’s list I get jealous!
