I’m planting more fruit trees, grape vines, and a bigger veggie garden. Not only do I get exercise in planting and caring for everything, but then I get fresh, healthy food (and can’t justify going to the store or fast food when I have all these goodies just outside my door!)

I’m working out more and drinking more water to be healthier.
i work out every day on my elliptical and take a mile walk in park. ive been trying to drink only water instead of soda pop. ive lost 45 lbs since jan 2009 but need to lost another 50 this year.

I am walking a lot more; especially easy since the weather is starting to get warmer. I am also working at making certain that I get a good daily water intake!
I stopped drinking Coke/Pepsi on Jan 1st, 2010 and started drinking more water. I lost 10 lbs the first month cutting out all the soft drinks and as of yesterday I’ve lost 25 lbs the past 3 months. I definitely feel much healthier.
we’re walking more – actually using the stroller – and driving less. It’s worked so far, I’ve lost 7 pounds in the past month….
I have quick my diet mountain dew habit and have been working out 3-4 days per week.
To get healthier, I’ve been walking 2 miles each morning!
