Fruit2O Essentials is a simple, refreshing beverage choice that promotes a healthy lifestyle because it combines several nutrients found in two servings of fruit, with the hydrating benefits of zero calorie water. There are 6 different flavors and 1g of fiber in each. My kids love it. I think it’s great too, I’m terrible about getting in a serving of fruit every day let along getting in two. I would rather eat vegetables than eat fruit. Most fruit has seeds in it and I hate seeds. So if I can drink my fruit without all the sugar of juice I’m all for it. I’m also a big fan of giving this water to my kids because they aren’t getting any extra sugar. Just essential nutrients.
Fruit2O Essential water flavors:
Cranberry Raspberry
Strawberry Kiwi
Peach Mango
Citrus
Blueberry Pomegranate
Cherry Acai
Possible Nutrients List:
Each flavor has different nutrients added to it. The Nutrients are Manganese, Zinc, Phosphorus, Potassium, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5, and Vitamin B6. My favorite flavor was the Cranberry Raspberry and it contained an excellent source of Manganese, and a good source of Zinc, Phosphorus, Potassium and Vitamin E.

I wanted to walk more, so I adopted 2 big pups from the APL…we walk every day and sometimes go to the park later! How fun and I feel so much better, in 2 weeks! I plan to continue this lifestyle!

We are gardening… that’s a lot of outside work.
And we are walking and biking more.
I had some major changes I wanted to make before I hit the “BIG 50″ in December 2010. I was morbidly obese (at 5’3″ and 337 lbs), a smoker, and no physical activity due to debilitating degenerative arthritis in my joints and discs. In February 2009, I quit smoking after being a smoker for 34 years! In June 2009, I had Gastric Bypass Surgery, and currently weigh 214 pounds…a current loss of 123 pounds…with more to come off. Unable to do ‘traditional’ exercising, I now participate in aqua classes at a local gym, attending back to back classes for seniors/persons with arthritis, twice a week.
I find myself more active, able to do for myself and my family more, and my range of motion and stamina have increased greatly. I’m not without pain, but there are other benefits … I’ve even begun looking for work again, despite being disabled and out of work since 2004. It’s been a long, hard journey, but if I had the chance to do it all again, I would.
I quit smoking after 12 long years and I feel like a new lady!!
I bike to many errands.
I try and walk places when possible.
I try to avoid snacking. When I get a craving, I grab a water instead. Thanks!

We are taking nightly walks with the kids.
It’s FINALLY nice outside again and my kids and I have been riding bikes together. We try and go a little farther every day! But my long legs go a lot farther than little legs so we’re taking it slow…
I’ve started exercising with a couple friends regularly, and watching what I eat. Also, I’m taking fish oil and resveratrol and green tea extracts.
I try to get some exercise as soon as I wake up each morning. I’ve also haven’t had a soda in over a year!
now that the weather is warmer we’re walking the 2 crazy springers each night around the neighborhood
We’ve really started to make some changes here lately. We are realy encouraging in fun ways, my 3yo to try new foods (healthy ones of course!)

I’m trying to cut soda out of my diet. I drink so much of it, i get a headache if i don’t have any!
I eat lots of fiber, mostly from fresh fruits and vegetables. Every day. Some protein with every meal (I love nuts and seafood). I try to drink more water. Meditation before bed and 8 hours of sleep if possible. Some kind of exercise every day (yard work definitely qualifies). And trying to ditch the 4-5 cups of coffee a day.
I walk at least 5 miles or more a week.
I am walking more and trying to get exercise in as much as possible
I’m trying to drink more water, but water sometimes gets boring. This is a great idea to spice up water!
We’re eating more fresh fruits and veggies and cutting back on processed foods.

Thanks!
I’ve cut back on soda consumption and am trying to drink a lot more water. Now that I’ve given birth (3 weeks ago) I’m gonna hit the exercise again better, too!
We grow our own veggies in our backyard. That way we always have them around to eat and fresh veggies taste so yummy.

eating more fresh fruits
Trying to stay away from processed foods!!
I have been trying to cut back on fat and calories by purchasing the low fat and reduced sugar items available instead of the full fat ones. If hubby likes the taske he doesn’t care if it is low fat.
I’m cutting down on sugar, increasing my fiber, and taking a daily walk.
