Mashed Potato Bowls – Potatoes, corn, gravy, grilled chicken (like what you get at KFC but much healthier)

Tuesday

Chili Cheese Mac n cheese – Cheesy taco mix, beef, macaroni, cheddar

Wednesday

Left Overs

Thursday

Pre-made Pasta

Friday

Sausage and Eggs

Saturday

Waffles

Sunday

Grilled Cheese, and Chili and Cornbread

 

I went to the grocery store today and purchased milk and things that were necessary.

  1. Sounds yummy, especially the waffles. I’ve never really tried to plan meals out too many days ahead because I just never know what I’ll be in the mood for, which probably costs us more money the long run.

    I actually like the sound of that mashed potato bowl, I just discovered the goodness of shepherd’s pie and made it twice already! (I’m Jamaican, so that’s something we never had growing up) I love it and I’ll have to try your bowl! Thanks for that idea.
