Sounds yummy, especially the waffles. I’ve never really tried to plan meals out too many days ahead because I just never know what I’ll be in the mood for, which probably costs us more money the long run.
Ohh the mashed potato bowls sound yummy. Do you have a recipe for the Chili Cheese Mac N Cheese that sounds fantastic.

I actually like the sound of that mashed potato bowl, I just discovered the goodness of shepherd’s pie and made it twice already! (I’m Jamaican, so that’s something we never had growing up) I love it and I’ll have to try your bowl! Thanks for that idea.
