Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal #giveaway

HeroThanks to Vocalpoint and Kashi, I received coupons for Kashi cereal. We’re all stocked up on cereal right now at my house so I couldn’t possibly buy anymore. I have one set to give to charity and friends and I have one set that I want to giveaway.

I’ve tried it and can eat the whole box by myself, it’s not too sweet, and has flavor. I like it better than eating plain cheerios. I always add sugar to my plain cheerios. I’ve only tried the Warm Cinnamon Oat, but their Heart to Heart Cereal comes in two other flavors.

 

 

Every Box of Heart to Heart includes 6 natural antioxidants:

Vitamin C

Vitamin E

Beta Carotene

Green Tea Extract

White Tea Extract

Grape Seed Extract

 

For Heart to Heart cereals: Diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol that include 3 grams of soluble fiber per day from whole grain oats may reduce the risk of heart disease. One serving of Heart to Heart cereal provides 1 gram of this soluble fiber. For Heart to Heart crackers: Foods containing at least .4 grams of plant sterols per serving, eaten twice a day with meals for a daily total of at least .8 grams, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.

    It’s usually plain Greek yogurt topped with a little bit of honey and granola for me in the morning. Very filling, and my yogurt stats show 17g of protein! Thank you for this giveaway :)

    This morning I ate healthy with a sunny side up egg and cottage cheese. I try to eat food with fiber (like oatmeal) or protein (cottage cheese) because it keeps me satiated until lunch time.

    I am hooked on Kashi. Not only do their cereals taste great (LOVE the Go Lean Crunch!), but it you look at the ingredient list, you will see that they use healthy, organic ingredients such as whole grains, rather than wheat flour. I would love to win this!

    Lately, I’ve been having a small bowl of oatmeal, with lots of home dried raisins mixed in, and a bit of soy milk. It’s pretty tasty and lasts (I don’t get hungry mid morning)
