After I first wrote about Dove + Care I received a sample of the products: The Dove Body Wash, The Body Bar, and the Men’s Shower Tool. I also noticed the advertising in Wal-Mart, I mean, I really noticed it. In the Wal-Mart I was at they have these new screens on some of the isles, I think there were two, so maybe it was just sponsored by the companies that were advertising. I’m actually pretty sure that’s the case, anyways, the commercial is crazy. Man going from place to place throughout his life in 50 seconds with the tagline “Be Comfortable in Your Skin”.
You can still print the coupon for $1.00 off either one Dove Men + Care Body and Face Wash, one Body and Face Bar, or one Shower Tool.
My Thoughts:
The Shower Tool is really cool, I think it’s cooler than the ones you can usually find for women. That manly touch and I want it for myself. On one side it has a rough edge, then the other side is like all the other soft shower tools you can find. You know, they are usually pink or purple. This is very manly.
The Scent of the Body was products if very desirable to me. I just love the scent, sweet but not fruity, it’s more of a musky sweetness.

ok before you click make sure the volume is down…but I guess unsung is being proud of the men in my life and all they do
Unsung moments…hmmmmm….this morning when I managed to make breakfast for 6 kids (all mine), make special lunches because they are doing state testing in school today, get the 4 that go to school there on time, all while comforting two sick toddlers! Whew!
My unsung moment would have to be… trying to get dressed every morning with my kids always needing something… My kids range in age dramatically, so on one hand I am talking about dating with one, and breastfeeding another!

My “unsung” moment is doing the laundry. I can’t keep up. My four year old is going through a phase where he changes his clothes (without my knowledge) everytime I turn around, whereas my teen is taking two to three showers a day… I’m beginning to believe they think the clothes “magically” clean themselves! LOL

Isn’t being a mom one long unsung moment?! So worth it in the long run, though! My kids are out of the house now, and I miss all those “mom” things that nobody notices but mean so much in the nurturing of our families.

I supposed my unsung moment lasted 15 years after I divorced and raised 2 sons on my own, while working 2 jobs. They are now grown, through college and have great careers. Is that an unsung moment?
