Throw a Super Size Party with Alouette Cheeses and Spreads #giveaway

I have been posting recipes from Alouette cheese every few days. I shall try to post a few more from now until Super Bowl Sunday so you can have lots of ideas on what to serve for your wonderful party. Cheese is always a big hit for any party, but why not go even farther and use fancy cheese. Gourmet cheese even! Alouette makes great cheeses and spreads that make any recipe easy and super tasty.

You can choose from ten different soft spreadable cheeses, two different Creme de brie, four different Baby Brie, Creme Fraiche, four different Elegante, and seven different crumbled cheeses. If you need a recipe idea then you can just check out their alouette recipes. I love their cheese, and I’ve only tried one variety. I’m going to have to try out a few different ones very soon.

Alouette Ultimate Focaccia Sandwich Recipe

Makes: 6 – 8
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Product: Alouette® Soft Spreadable Cheese
Ingredients

1 loaf 10” round focaccia
1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese or Alouette Creamy Onion & Shallot Spreadable Cheese
10-15 spinach leaves, rinsed and dried
4 slices each of honey turkey, smoked ham and roast beef
1 large tomato, sliced
1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) Alouette Sundried Tomato & Basil Spreadable Cheese

Directions

ultfocaccia Slice the focaccia loaf in half, horizontally.
Spread bottom half with desired amount of Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese or Alouette Creamy Onion & Shallot Spreadable Cheese.
Layer spinach leaves and meat on bottom half of focaccia.
Top with tomato slices.
Spread other half of focaccia with desired amount of Alouette Sundried Tomato & Basil Spreadable Cheese and place cut side down on top of sandwich.
Cut in 6-8 wedges; serve immediately.
Note:
For appetizer size sandwiches, slice the whole focaccia sandwich into 12 squares; secure each square with a decorative cocktail pick.
