Pedia-Lax® Fiber Gummies, are a daily fiber supplement made just for kids by Fleet®, a company with over 100 years of experience. I have noticed a huge trend in the food industry to push Fiber on us. The reason is because our diets of fast food and pre-made meals lack the fiber our bodies need for proper digestion.
More product information:
In 2009 the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) significantly increased the recommended daily fiber intake standards, far above the previous "age plus five" rule. In fact, today’s updated guidelines recommend 25 grams of fiber per day for four-year-old children. But how do we meet these requirements and get our children to eat high in fiber foods?
Now there’s a delicious daily fiber supplement to help kids ages 2-11 maintain better digestive health and stay regular.* The penguin-shaped, great tasting Pedia-Lax Fiber Gummies are sugar-free, calorie-free, gluten-free and made with natural fruit flavors. With a recommended serving of three gummies every day, (equal to ½ cup of broccoli!), Fiber Gummies are a great way to supplement the fiber found in fruits, vegetables and other fiber-rich foods in your child’s daily diet. It’s a great solution to help bridge the gap between the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended amount of fiber and the fiber that kids actually consume in their daily diet. Don’t forget to tell your readers that Fiber Gummies are dentist approved J.
Suggested retail price is $7.99 for a bottle of 60 gummies; available at Target and Walgreens, also online and other supermarkets and retailers nationwide.
You can also visit www.fibergummies.com to get a $1.00 off coupon use the “store locator”, and find tips on how to get more fiber into your kids’ diet.

I have one 60 ct. bottle to giveaway to one of my readers. I also received to bottles of the Fiber Gummies at Blissdom at the Country Inn Party and received one sample from the Pedia-Lax company itself. I will be donating all three samples that I have because my kids already eat cereal with fiber added to it. Speak to a pediatrician before making any medical decisions.

My daughters (7&3) eat a good amount of fiber. They eat cereal, bread, fruit and vegetables. However my 4yo granddaughter tends to have problems. I’m not really sure why. However, I think these gummies just might do the trick for her.

My trick was to eat tons of fruits and vegetables while pregnant so all of my little ones have a taste for it…even broccoli.

I am always on the lookout for foods my son will like that are high in fiber. I always buy breads with a good amount of fiber in them as well as some cereals. And of course plenty of fruit.
