We received Air Bud Golden Receiver special edition to review on Mom Start. My entire family is a dog family. We love anything that involves dogs. But I was so confused by the package of this DVD because the air buddies are on it. Well, the air buddies are doing a commentary of how cool they think their dad is playing football. It’s not very long but I did find it kind of cute. They only talk about a few clips from the whole movie, I think they should have done the commentary on the whole movie. The Special Edition of Air Bud Golden Receiver was released on February 2.

It was cute clips like this that kept my kids watching. I’m not sure about the entire history of Buddy and his game playing. Did he start out as just playing basketball and then move over to football. He picked up the sport a lot more quickly than I would have for sure. I’m not so good with a football. When I tried it out, I fractured a finger and hyper extended a thumb, so football is not my sport, and I’m hoping my son will avoid it too.
Watching a movie like Airbud Golden Receiver is as close to football as I want both of my children to get. I was so worried that Buddy was going to get hurt too, watching him play with his owner really just made me worry. But it was really cute. My husband said they must have gone through a ton of footballs making this movie.
