I planned out the menu last week and I’m not sure I made a single thing on it. My husband had cleaned out the pantry and I didn’t realize that he had chunked things that he thought were bad. His judgment is a little too strong sometimes. I need some peanut butter, coffee creamer

Tuesday – Slow cooked Beef Brisket with veggies
Wednesday – Left Overs
Thursday – Grilled Cheese and tomato Soup
Friday – Chicken Enchiladas
Saturday – Left Overs
Sunday – Left overs and PB & J

I really need to start pre-planning meals. We take care of the kids separately and don’t even think about ourselves til 8pm some nights.
I hope it goes more smoothly this week! Usually what I do is take my Sunday ad for our local market and plan the meals for the week based on what produce, meat, etc. is on sale. Along with what I already have the cupboards.
you can’t win them all! just the planning part was an accomplishment if you ask me!
thats too bad my hubby same way but he is also a boxer so when he is cleaning up he boxes it away crazy how men clean
