I haven’t tried it yet and you can bet I will not be putting anchovies or onions on it when I do try it, but I came across this recipe when alouette cheeses contacted me and asked me to host a giveaway. The giveaway is still to come but I’m going to try out or just post a few of their recipes. I LOVE CHEESE.

I’ve used the same alouette on whole wheat pita’s for mini pizzas with grilled squash and zuchinni and carmelized onions. It is so delish!!
This does look yummy…but I’d leave off the anchovies
I’ve tried some of their other cheeses in recipes, with good results. Perhaps I will try this one soon.
I have to admit, I have a soft spot for Alouette cheese. They are SO good!
looks delicious one of my favorite pizzas from a local chain is their white pizza
oh yum! I want to make some now!
I am not sure about the anchovies but I wouldn’t be opposed to trying this!
That looks amazing! I would take off the anchovies though, and add ham.
