, Tom Petty was born on October 20, 1950. He was one of the founding members of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers in the late 1980’s. His songs are record breaking hits: From American Girl, I Won’t Back Down, and Free Fallin’. At first I though, do I know this guy, well maybe not by name because I’m one of those people that doesn’t just absorb details, but everyone must enjoy at least one of his songs. He’s been singing for over 31 years.

The Superhighway Tour is a brand new online music experience developed by the Tom Petty Team. Simply put, it’s a direct to consumer digital configuration of the upcoming The Live Anthology – a collection of 48 definitive tracks from 30 years of TPHB live touring.
