I think this would make an excellent party decoration. It’s just a box cake, jar frosting and making regular-old cupcakes. The creativity comes in the arrangement of the cupcakes and how us use the icing to decorate. Then you’ll top the cupcake-cake with stripes of M&M’s, you can purchase with a $1 coupon.
