F-Secure online shopping wishes you a very Merry Christmas #giveaway and Sale

I find that shopping on-line is very convenient. Taking a child out shopping and remembering a snack a toy or whatever you might need is enough trouble. Add another child and no snacks then you’re entering a big mess. I as do many moms get quite a headache while out shopping with both of my children. I also hate shopping from now until Christmas, just the traffic drives me insane. I get really grumpy going out with all of the attitudes. So I like to stay in and shop on-line. I use Amazon a lot because my husband feels that they have a very secure site.

F-Secure wants to make more families feel safe and secure about all of their on-line shopping.

FSecure

Featuring significant performance gains, a totally redesigned, easy-to-use user interface and a safer user experience that includes Browsing Protection, F-Secure Internet Security™ 2010 offers superior protection in every way. With the new version launch of this flagship product, F-Secure also introduces the company’s new brand commitment of “Protecting the irreplaceable,” recognizing the importance that security of digital content now has in people’s everyday lives.

F-Secure Internet Security™ 2010 is a complete security solution designed to meet the needs of today’s Internet users, (everyone, but I haven’t tried it so I can’t say that for sure) without slowing down their computers. It is light on memory use but fast and efficient in detecting all Internet threats. According to performance tests by the independent testing organization, AV-Test.org*, F-Secure Internet Security™ 2010 has 80% less overall system impact and 60% faster virus scans than the previous version. The product also uses 70% less memory than before.** F-Secure Internet Security 2010 also includes Browsing Protection to prevent infections from malicious websites and gives users instant classification information about websites in search results and in web-based email systems.

The completely redesigned user interface is clear and easy to use. The solution’s faster and lighter operation has not been achieved at the expense of security. New features also provide improved detection rates and a safer user experience, such as Browsing Protection. Unlike many other security programs, F-Secure Internet Security™ 2010 does not disturb or confuse the user as security problems are handled automatically.

    Double check any suspicious retailer

Always investigate the retailer. Make sure the address of the company’s headquarters and warehouses are located in the same country as you. Still not sure? Contact the company by phone or move on to another e-retailer. Your financial data is too valuable to risk for one good deal.

    7. Checking shipping facts and polices –

Most definitely, I have been lucky enough this holiday season to get “FREE Shipping” on most of my orders online. But there is always a catch – like it will take 2 weeks to ship and it will come via the slowest possibly way or their is always a minimum purchase $100. So always double check this before clicking yes to which ever shipping options you decide to pick.
