Little girls look so cute when their hair is all dolled up. I did Zoe’s hair today twice, once with a One Lil Snap All “set” Headband & Flower Set. I should have taken a picture especially after she pulled it down and used it as a necklace. Which I don’t recommend because it is not exactly safe, she just looked cute trying to be like mommy with her necklace. One Lil Snap sent us a Headband and Flower to review. We picked my daughter’s favorite colors, purple on purple and she loves it, well I take that back. She has her days. Today was a good day. However, no matter what the day she loves the flower. She loves to play with it and put it in her bag and take it with her everywhere.

I have watched the movie Star Trek every night since it came out on Blu-Ray
November 29, 2009 · Filed Under review · 4 CommentsStar Trek was released in May of this past year and I wasn’t able to see it until recently. I have been watching it every night after the children go to bed. It is amazing in my opinion. It’s a great re-vamp to a long living legacy created by Gene Roddenberry. I have been watching Star Trek since Star Trek Next Generation was created. I would stay up late at my moms house and watch it. It was my favorite thing to watch and I watched it all by myself. It’s funny that my husband tells the same story.
From there he watched it all. I wasn’t interested in Deep Space Nine so I missed out on most of Voyager but thanks to Netflix we have watched all of every series, except the original series. We have all of the movies and watch them often. Right now we’re watching Star Trek the very first movie released. Just to compare the character likenesses.
For the new movie, J.J. Abrams does not disappoint. I was crazy about Alias and now I’m crazy about Star Trek. He has quite the talent at directing. The movie begins with the birth of Kirk and the murder of his father and over half the crew he captained. The next scene Kirk is starting his fast track for trouble by driving his father’s car as fast as possible.
In the next scene we meet Ohura and find out why Kirk enters the Federation training program. Thankfully it skips ahead to his attempt at early graduation and all of the cadets are sent to Vulcan on a rescue mission. The Cadets are massacred all except for Enterprise and the adventure continues. The action is non stop and the musical score is exceptional. I’m hoping that it ends up in my Christmas Stocking.
So please laugh at me or tell me that you are secretly a Trekkie too.

Second, My Parent Rewards sent me a card to review. The problem about the card is that you have to have it on you to use it. I mean, coupons are the same way you have to have them with you to use them. I went to Arby’s tonight and now that I’m home and looking at the site, I’m thinking good grief, I could have saved 5.00. Use the card four or five times and you’ve paid for the card.
After looking at all of the options for the discounts they seem to be pretty good. You can save 20 percent at some stores and 10 percent on others. Some offers offer you a free item with purchase and others offer you half off with purchase. You can print coupons from their site, but I would still print them from Mypoints because I get points for all of the coupons printed. Spore Hero. My whole family liked trying out the game and creating your creature is the most part of the game. As you go around the planet and discovering things and fighting other creatures (most of them just need to have the affects of the red meteor removed) you gain more body parts. As you gain more body parts you gain more powers and abilities. Each body part is capable of doing something else a hero needs the ability to do. My 2 year old’s only compliant was there was not enough purple. It is much more fun that Spore for the PC..
In The Sims 3, get inspired by the endless creative possibilities and unexpected moments of surprise and mischief! I think they have made it easier to play. I liked setting up my sim or rather watching my husband do it. He created our entire family, and my daughter of course picked out as much purple as she could. Saving With Walmart on Thanksgiving and Christmas can be affordable

I often forget that Walmart has a price matching policy and was recently reminded of that for the Black Friday Deals they are planning tomorrow. I’m not sure what power in the world would get me out into that craziness tomorrow. I get so grumpy with traffic and this day brings out the crazies. Walmart has a new development on their site, an intra site so to speak. You can read about saving money, making dinner for eight, Melissa d’Arabians and her savvy advice on cooking and saving, and great recipe ideas with entertaining on a budget.. They decided to put this together because of a survey put together by the American Farm Bureau Federation. Last year’s average cost of a turkey was roughly $1.19 per pound. My Thanksgiving Thanks, I am thankful for

I am thankful for my mother and father for helping to create the woman I am today. I am thankful for my college education and my ability to love unconditionally. I am thankful for my husband and all the love he provides me. Without him I would be in a dark whole somewhere thinking that no one in the world loves me.
I am thankful to God above all other things because he has given me everything I have. He helped me to deliver two healthy babies whom I would give my life for in a heartbeat. My children are my world.
I am thankful for my extended family and that also includes my friends in my MOMS Club. They are all lined up to help me after my surgery and I could not ask for any better friends for me or my children.
I am thankful for my Blog’s success because I can use my blog to help others. I have been taking photos of donations that I’m going to be donating next week before my surgery. We can’t get into our hall closet because it is stuffed full of donations. I’m in awe with the generosity of the companies that have given us something to share. I hope that my blog’s success will continue into next year.
