Practice your Yoga Positions with My Yoga to Go #giveaway

Is it a challenge to find time for your yoga workout? Do you know how to do yoga? I’ve often just used a book for practicing yoga, often being hardly ever. I love doing it, it just takes that thing called time that I don’t have. Do you exercise at all? I don’t and stretching and yoga is so easy and so satisfying. Because when I’m sore after working out for 10 minutes of stretching and holding positions I know I’m making a difference on my body.

Do you need to brush up on your yoga poses? Are you bored with your static yoga routine?  Do you want to try yoga for the first time, but don’t know how to start?

MyYoga2GoIf you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then give the My Yoga 2 Go Practice System (http://www.myyoga2go.com) a test run.

Whether you are a yoga novice or expert, My Yoga 2 Go Practice System makes it easy to customize your workout and practice yoga in the comfort of your own home.  It is very easy to use, my trouble is keeping the cards away from my daughter. She has a card addiction. She doesn’t care what kind of card it is. It’s just hard to keep it out of her reach and she is very fascinated with it. At least though she has been sharing it with her brother.

It is very important to get yourself moving and yoga is nice because it is so easy on your body. I’m not saying yoga is easy I’m just saying the results can be felt. Be sure to follow directions and consult a doctor before starting any exercise routine.

Start slow, set five minutes aside after you picked out your work out. Then build it up every day. You’ll feel better in the long run, now, if only I could follow my own advice. You can take this exercise program with you anywhere, It folds up small and packs well.

The Practice System features 71 posture cards organized by level of experience and available workout time and a custom tote for displaying the cards.  You simply select a color-coded sequence, organize the cards by pose number, insert the cards into the clear multi-pocket display tote, and hang the display tote on a wall hook or doorknob.

I always make time for a nice relaxing bath at least once a week. Just taking the time to take care of myself helps me relax.
